ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea
With 25 years of experience, at ARCO Arquitectura Contemporánea we have established ourselves as an innovative group in real estate development, architecture, and interior design. The breadth of perspectives of our team, enriched by international experiences, supports work characterized by quality, transparency, and a close approach that ensures continuity in service and excellent results.
We understand architecture as a process that seeks to provide solutions to those who inhabit spaces through a language that combines intention, aesthetics, and functionality. Our projects transcend utility: forms, materials, and finishes become an expressive discourse that, when integrated with spatial experience and aesthetic value, transform each construction into a comprehensive architectural proposal.
Today we are organized into three divisions that strengthen our ability to offer comprehensive solutions:
ARCO Design workshop, focused on architectural and interior design.
ARCO Construction, dedicated to the execution and supervision of construction work.
ARCO Development, which drives real estate projects with an integrated vision.
This structure allows us to cover various types, including housing, corporate, commercial, hotel, and educational projects, as well as residential and mixed-use developments, building a diverse and impactful portfolio.
Our management is made up of architects Bernardo Lew, founder of ARCO and director of the construction company; José Lew, director of the design workshop and responsible for all the architectural and interior projects of the firm; and José Memún, director of the development company, in charge of managing both our own projects and those of our clients.
Our team has extensive experience which, in addition to a wide variety of successful major projects, has resulted in publications in national and international media, as well as awards and recognitions. Likewise, we constantly participate in conferences and universities, sharing our vision and trajectory.

ARCO Construction
It is the division responsible for materializing ideas into work, ensuring transparent, efficient, and high-quality processes. Its experience ensures that each project is executed with technical precision and attention to detail, from planning to final delivery. The construction company also supervises and coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensuring that the architectural vision is faithfully fulfilled at every stage.
ARCO Development
It is the unit that drives real estate projects with a strategic and long-term vision. It focuses on generating residential, corporate, and mixed-use developments that respond to current urban dynamics, integrating design, functionality, and profitability.
